A visit on the Seaton to Colyton tramway is a must and not to be missed. Leisure and recreational opportunities include sailing, bowls, cricket, tennis, football and art classes. Located close by is the classic popular village of Beer (2 miles), Regency Town of Sidmouth (8 miles) and Lyme Regis (7 miles) with its famous Cobb.
